Responsible Operations

Our commitment to sustainability begins with building an eco-efficient production ecosystem—one that minimizes environmental impact while maximizing operational performance and resource efficiency. We continuously invest in cleaner technologies and smarter operational practices that support long-term environmental stewardship.

Eco-Efficient Production

Optimized Operations

Our initiatives for water, energy, and waste reduction at the Hung Yen plant.

We are actively streamlining production lines to reduce unnecessary steps, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve workflow performance. This includes continuous upgrades to our process design and monitoring systems to ensure energy-efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.

We also maintain a proactive equipment lifecycle plan—retiring outdated or inefficient machinery and replacing them with modern, energy-saving alternatives to prevent waste, reduce downtime, and improve production reliability.

Energy Efficiency Initiatives
To manage our energy footprint, we conduct periodic energy audits to identify inefficiencies and prioritize corrective actions. Our employees undergo energy-conscious training to promote responsible usage, reduce unnecessary consumption, and foster a culture of environmental awareness across all departments.

Waste Reduction & Environmental Compliance
Our facility strictly adheres to provincial and national policies that prohibit outdated, high-impact technologies. We follow all guidelines related to waste management, emissions control, and environmental protection, ensuring that our production systems do not contribute to pollution or resource degradation.
By staying compliant—and often exceeding regulatory standards—we maintain a safe, sustainable, and future-ready operation.

Responsible Sourcing

Responsible sourcing is an essential part of our commitment to sustainable production. We recognize that the environmental and social impact of our products begins long before manufacturing—starting with the raw materials we choose and the partners we work with.

Partnering With Ethical, High-Standard Suppliers
We collaborate exclusively with raw material suppliers who demonstrate strong environmental stewardship, ethical business practices, and transparent governance. To ensure this, every supplier undergoes a rigorous vetting process that evaluates:

● Environmental management systems and certifications
● Sustainability programs (e.g., emissions reduction, waste management, water conservation)
● Traceability and quality assurance processes
● Compliance with global ethical and labor standards
● Commitment to responsible sourcing and continuous improvement

Continuous Monitoring & Performance Review
Responsible sourcing is not a one-time check—it is an ongoing commitment. We perform periodic reviews to ensure our partners maintain compliance with evolving sustainability requirements. This includes monitoring their operational changes, updating risk assessments, and staying informed on industry developments.
Aligning With Global Sustainability Leaders
Where possible, we prioritize collaboration with industry leaders known for their sustainability efforts—such as Cargill—whose innovations and global standards help raise the quality and responsibility of our entire supply chain.

Thriving Communities

Our commitment to sustainability begins with building an eco-efficient production ecosystem—one that minimizes environmental impact while maximizing operational performance and resource efficiency. We continuously invest in cleaner technologies and smarter operational practices that support long-term environmental stewardship.

Farmer Empowerment

Training programs and partnerships for productivity.

Sustainability extends beyond our factory walls. We host regular training sessions with distributors and local partners to provide training on:

● Responsible, efficient feed usage
● Adoption of modern farming practices
● Reduction of waste and environmental impact at the farm level
● Better animal health and improved productivity

At An Phat, we believe in cross-sharing and community growth. Besides individualized training to distributors, we host regular regional “lunch & learn” events to facilitate open dialogue, real-world problem solving, and the exchange of best practices related to sustainability, efficiency, and animal nutrition. Once a year, we organize a cross-regional gathering, bringing together partners from across northern Vietnam to connect and collaborate on shared challenges.

These events foster stronger relationships and help the entire ecosystem move toward more sustainable, modern agricultural practices.

Local Investment

Our role as a leading employer and partner in Hung Yen.

AN PHAT as a Community Anchor: The "Resilient Roots" Initiative

For a leading livestock manufacturer, the relationship with local farmers must transcend the transactional nature of buying feed or selling stock. To ensure long-term industry viability, the manufacturer must evolve into a Steward of the Rural Ecosystem.

By investing a VND 5 billion budget back into the local society, the manufacturer shifts its role from a mere supplier to an active partner in community resilience. This investment is not charity; it is a strategic maneuver to stabilize the supply chain, improve product quality, and secure the future of the agricultural workforce.

The Narrative of Impact: A Case Study

"It isn't just about the feed; it's about the future."

Mr. Tuan, a mid-sized poultry farmer. Previously, his operation lived on the razor's edge—one bad season away from closure. Through VND 5 billion program, Tuan received:

  1. Technical Training: He learned a new biosecurity protocol that reduced his flock mortality rate by 15%.

  2. Scholarship: His daughter received a grant to study agricultural business in the city. She plans to return and modernize the farm's accounting.

  3. Infrastructure: A subsidized solar installation lowered his monthly overheads, increasing his net profit.

The Result: Tuan is no longer just a customer; he is a brand advocate and a stable, high-volume partner. The community sees the manufacturer not as a faceless corporation, but as the backbone of their local economy.
